Meet Nancy — founder, intuitive healer, and guide
Nancy is the co-owner and co-founder of Asanai For Life Holistic Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Angelic Healing Practitioner, Light worker, Intuitive Empath, and she works with and facilitate Plant Medicine.
She moved to Costa Rica in 2018 to continue and enhance her spiritual journey. Her approach is compassionate and intuitive, creating a safe and nurturing space for her clients to explore and heal.
In her years of growth and transformation she developed a unique approach that weaves together the timeless wisdom of ancient spiritual practices with the empowering tools of modern wellness and holistic healing.
While living in Costa Rica and building her dream, she organized and created events, spiritual healing practices, retreats, workshops, rituals and ceremonies specializing in healing, cleansing, detoxing, transformation and personal growth.
Nancy is a proud Grandmother of 6 beautiful grandchildren and through their names “Asanai for Life was born”.
Audrey— grounding force at Asanai
Audrey Denise is the co-founder and co-owner of Asanai for Life. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2001.
Her passion and love for her profession is felt in her patients and clients that have praised her magical hands. In 2005 she became a certified Yoga Teacher in Costa Rica. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and an Acupuncture Physician. At the Shaolin Temple, in China, Audrey was taught from the monks techniques that deepened her abilities to help her patients. It is her lifelong aspiration to expand her knowledge in the healing arts and to assist others find their true nature and tap into their own innate abilities to heal themselves and others.
